“We went to check in and nobody was home. We called, texted and emailed numerous times with no answer. Then they canceled our stay while we were literally standing on the property. The email we got from the owner through VRBO said, sorry the house in flooded, we should not have accepted the reservation. Why wait until we were standing outside? Why not answer our calls?”
