"Douglas was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Property managers were also friendly. Was surprised at the condition of the unit based on the photos though. Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. "Good location 5 min walk to shopping center with 3 coffee shops and few restaurants. Pillows were little too firm. Mattress firm the way i prefer. Hot water dispencer in hall on each floor. Fan keeps room cool at night with the cool to cold night temperatures outside. Very basic hotel with all you need for short stay."

"Our room was noisy because it’s directly above the restaurant. Parking was hard to find. But everything is very near. Have Mr DIY, Speedmart99"

"Location, not easy to find due to google maps leading to a different resort. Needs better directions. Bed sheets have stains , not clean. Toilet & bathroom clean. "

"Value to money, room is affordable and spacious for a couple like us. Things to improve, firstly drainage, and I also think they need to put a mirror in the room. The only mirror is in the toilet, so when someone is showering, you can't really get ready in the room."
