"Parking was great "

"We have only one negative comment. Paying for parking is a pain. One has to use a 3d party, download their app, then the 3d. party wants a copy of a credit card to keep on file (makes future pmts simple and easy) (right). This makes no sense when the property could collect the fee at check-in or add to room price first time around. Add in the fact the 3d. party adds a transaction fee (granted it is only $1.00) (not the amount but the absurdity of the whole thing) We do not object to the parking fee, just the way it is handled. It takes a certain amt. of dollars to operate such a facility. Keep it simple."

"Walls are like paper, can hear conversations in next room keeping you up at night, disruptive to peaceful stay. Sleep deprived from stay there. Loud past midnight in parking lot and hotel with music and barking dogs and smokers everywhere on property. Had to call and complain about noise after midnight. Doors slam constantly, no buffer. Bed & pillows & sheets horrible! Have to check everything you need out including blow dryer..not convenient. No amenities except horrible coffee in entry. Toilet paper like sandpaper. Would not recommend, would not stay there again."

"The hotel itself is great. Location is awesome. However, the bed was not comfortable which was a huge bummer."

"I only ate the waffles and the muffins which were good. The coffee maker was broken but I ate in my room so there was a coffee maker in there if I had truly wanted some. Would have liked to use the hot tub but it closed at nine and too late to use after I got back from supper. Wish it had been open until 10. "

"We used to live in Fort Collins and I always dreamed of staying just one night in the Armstrong. On our visit this year, we finally did just that and we’re beyond pleased!! Beautiful rooms, fantastic location (didn’t need our car even once during our stay - mind you, we were more than comfortable with walking as far as O’Dell’s and New Belgium. Everything else you need in Old Town is literally steps away) Cannot wait to come back and will 100% stay here every time we visit FoCo!"
