“The reception was so lovely and welcoming. The room had a separate Bedroom, and 2 single beds as we were 3 separate adults and was good to have a separate kitchen and table and chairs which gave us more space. We had a beautiful homemade breakfast. Who doesn't love bacon and poached eggs with toast. Yum. Beautiful pool and a separate spa. It is located right on the highway for easy access.

“cockroaches found every night in the room, pest control necessary. No electricity in the room at midnight twice in the row, electrician necessary. others are ok. plenty of parking, good.”
“The Bay Air Motel is not a resort level hotel but it is clean and has everything requred for a comfortable stay. I was late checking in on a Sunday night so the staff left my room key in a safe which was very convenient.”
“Staffs are very friendly. Most of hotels in Brisbane can’t check in after 10pm. But this hotel can. That’s very convenient for late arrive travelers.”
“Our room was very different to all those on the photos. The outside of the hotel definitely is a little tired, noticed a few broken windows which made us question the safety of the area. That said, everything was quiet and no issues occurred.”
