The popular Shorncliffe Pier has been rebuilt and is looking classy and charismatic as ever! The original pier was built in 1883 and has been closed to the public for the past 4 years as it was dismantled and its sturdier replacement was constructed. Although it's newer and whiter, it looks just the same as before, only better!

When someone finally answered, they were unhelpful and even ended the call abruptly without explanation or courtesy. Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with a strange and unpleasant odor. I couldn't identify the source, but it made the room extremely uncomfortable to stay in. To make matters worse, the room was not soundproofed at all. I was repeatedly woken up by traffic noise from outside early in the morning, making restful sleep impossible. Overall, this stay was a nightmare. I am relieved to have left and will certainly never return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that future guests don’t have a similar experience."
