「The Allegheny was running high during our visit, and watching the water was more soothing than I could have imagined. It's a beautiful location in a small riverside community, superb for destressing.The house is well-appointed, lacked nothing, very clean, beds and LR furniture comfortable, heat/AC responsive. This is a rural location for outdoors people or destressing urbanites. Ok for seniors, 6-8 steps up to porch, easy parking. Great spot for exploring the national forest or the river. BTW,...

The house is so interesting, with its early 20th century architecture, and it's so comfortable, with its modern upgrades. We had plenty of room for all of us and the house felt so homey. Perfect for family meals, game nights, and roasting s'mores. Communication with David was easy and he had the house stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Timothy sent all the info we needed in a timely fashion and the additional breakfast was beautiful and delicious. If we ever find ourselves back up that way to enjoy the breathtaking PA scenery, we'd be delighted to stay there again.」

「Nice rooms however the air conditioning units were loud which resulted in our turning them off. Although comfortable and cute the apartment coujd have been cleaned better. The stove was awful. The description of the house said nothing about being on the second floor. I am unable to handle steps comfortably. Leftover condiments were left in the refrigerator.」

「We visited on a very cold winter weekend. The apartment was freezing when we got there but we were soon able to warm it up and enjoy. Accidentally blew a fuse with the space heater and kitchen appliances but the owner took care of it right away. Ample street parking, short drive from downtown. Highly recommend the National Comedy Museum!」
