「Excellent Experience with my family. The staff (Alvin) is nice and he noticed it is the birthday of my son and prepare a surprise treat with a cake and balloon that makes our day. 「We arrived on the 1st day of Chinese New Year. Although it was not yet the time for check in, they upgraded us to a suite room and gave us the room immediately. We appreciated it so much as we were so tired after the very early flight. Location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes walk to the MRT station. This station is just a few stations from those hot tourist spots. 」
