「Excellent staff and clean room」

「Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. 」

「Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. The breakfast buffet, and restaurant are well above your normal continental breakfast, they will cook you and omelet/poach eggs for you but the other food may tempt you enough that you won’t need anything cooked to order. 「Ureta was a bit of a walking distance from the town center. That would be the only down side to this stay. Other than that, the hotel was clean, well taken care of and safe. Breakfast was included which was a plus. Victor made us feel at home and always had great insight into what we should do to enjoy our trip. He was super attentive and made us feel so comfortable! We received to go breakfast on the days we had early morning tours and even helped our friends out with getting their laundry...

「The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is...

「Gold Garden is a cute boutique hotel in a colonial building. The size of the room and bathroom gives the hotel many advantages. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options including fresh fruit, juice and coffee. The hospitality was excellent. Juan and Miguel were very friendly and attentive. The disadvantage was the location. If you don’t mind walking up a steep road, you will be fine. That’s Cusco.」

「We love staying at Encantada Casa. It’s only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Plaza los Armas, and we were in a nice quiet part of town where we can get a full night sleep while leaving the window open the breakfast. It was really delicious and the omelette station was so fun to wake up to every morning. The staff is so nice and helps with anything that you will need. We did laundry at the hotel too, and they brought it back beautifully folded and smelling great 」
