“We (family of four, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Luca's appartment. Due to the Corona pandemic, we were not sure, if we really should travel. But Luca showed great flexibility and we were very happy, that we decided to go. The appartment was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. We arrived a litlle early, but Etel and Klaudia warmly welcomed us with beverages, so that we enjoyed the phantastic views, while they finished preparing the apartment. Then we had 17 beautiful days with phantastic……

“Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Es gibt so viele tolle Städte, Strände und die wundervolle Landschaft mit all ihren Farben und Gerüchen in der direkten Umgebung zum Haus. In 15 bis 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto viele wirklich lohnenswerte Ziele erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück ist so gut wie nie Zivilisationslärm zu hören. Richtig gut zum abschalten. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse kann man schon mal dabei zusehen, wie eine Schafherde vorbei getrieben wird. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind……

“Die Ausstattung war minimal und entsprach z. T. nicht der Beschreibung. Es gab keine Kaffeetassen oder Weingläser und auch keine Liegen für die Terrasse. Außerdem ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Doch der große Pool und das Personal/Animationsteam waren klasse. Wir haben von dort einige Ausflüge gemacht und mehrere (freie) Strände besucht. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einem Teil der Toskana, der noch sehr italienisch ist.”

“La pulizia non è stata perfetta nel bungalow, l'animazione praticamente poco efficiente e poco divertente inoltre la piscina è esclusivamente per bambini . La app ha delle procedure troppo lunghe per la sua attivazione e soprattutto serve a poco. La struttura inoltre non ha una spiaggia privata e questo fa sì che spesso bisogna fare i km per andare nella spiaggia libera più vicina. Il cibo del ristorante era buono. ”

“Apartment is really cute and perfect for vacation in the summer. It’s more than enough room for two persons to sleep and eat while you enjoy toscana on the day. The couch / bad is a little bit squeaky and isn’t the newest anymore but is okay for persons under 30 I guess. Vania is really nice and was always trying to help us to enjoy our stay even more. Thanks once again!”

“Tutto sommato, un buon fine settimana al mare, la struttura e' in stato di ristrutturazione come descritto da un responsabile stanno ristrutturando a lotti considerata la grandezza della struttura, ottimo il personale e la reception, ambienti puliti nei vari appartamenti, lasciando a desiderare nei spazi condominiali. Una buona struttura per rilassaesi in vacanza, considerata anche la località, esperienza da ripetere.”

“Sono venuta in questa struttura alloggiando in un Bungalow Trendy con una promo di Expedia. L'alloggio corrispondeva alla descrizione, era molto pulito e completo di angolo cottura con piatti e utensili, comprese padelle e pentole. Nota dolente, volevamo farci una pastasciutta al volo, la pentola c'era ma mancava uno scolapasta. Consiglio anche di aggiungere una o due insalatiere. Per il resto niente da segnalare.”

“Schon zum zweiten Mal waren wir in diesem Haus, das für uns keinerlei Wünsche offen lässt - von der Größe des Hauses, der wirklich vollständigen Ausstattung und dem zwar kleinen Ort, der aber alles bietet, was man zum Toskana-Urlaub braucht: Espresso-Bars, Restaurants, eine Metzgerei und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Gastgeber ist für Rückfragen und bei Problemen jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung finden sich die Städte Grosseto und Follonica und die Küste. Die……

“Very relaxing and good offering of food and drinks. But very pricey. The hotel is very near Follonica and so would suggest eating out. Watersports hire is a huge bonus. ”

“Great place for a local beach break. The room was large, clean and had a balcony and mini fridge. Nice check in and lobby. Great breakfast buffet out on the Monte Cristo patio. We also had dinner at Monte Cristo (make a reservation using The Fork app) and the food was wonderful and appropriately priced. The beach is a toss the road and we chose to use the Umberto Beach Club that cost 23 Euros for 2 chairs and umbrella for the day. The beach was wakable and clean and you can walk into town along……
