「This is a verly clean 2 bedroom 2 bath home. The beds are comfortable. You can park your car steps away from the entry, making loading and unloading easy. The hot tub was very clean and large. All the features on it were in working order. It was the nicest hot tub I have been in at rental properties. It was very relaxing to watch the sunrise from the hot tub overlooking the wooded back yard. The host answered all my questions promptly. I had a lovely visit. 」

「We had a great 4th of July vacation at Water’s Edge. Not on the main water but has a nice view and has less boat traffic than other nearby areas. The outside area and fire pit would be great for a stay after the summer season when weather is cooler. 」

「Property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. House is easy to find, and is close to Eastchase which has lots of shops and eating establishments. House is clean with tons of unique antiques. The sunroom was a favorite spot to hang out in and watch the birds, squirrels, and deer outside in the spacious lower backyard. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions I had.」

「This property was an excellent option for my family as we visited for OTS graduation at Maxwell AFB. Only about 20 minutes from the base made it convenient. The house was beautiful and clean with a big yard for children to run around. The kitchen was well stocked, though it could have used a couple things like oven mitts or dish towels, but mostly you could work around the missing items. All in all this was an excellent space for a stay and we would recommend it to others. 」

「The neighborhood was quiet with older homes. I liked the location which was close to everything. We came for a conference and brought our family for a mini vacation. The house is older with charm but could use some updates such as painting the bathtub and fixing the drainage issue. Some of the kitchen floor tile needs repair and the torn up chair in one of the bedroom could be removed or replaced. Since it's listed as a vacation rental I think addressing those things along with a few more...

「I was an hour and a half away from the property when the host canceled. I had been sent no information prior to this cancellation. On top of that, VRBO’s “policy” doesn’t allow same day bookings, so instead of being able to enjoy my first night away in a long time, I was forced to spend what should have been time with friends scrambling to find somewhere reasonably priced to stay. 「Here for OTS graduation at Maxwell - family time. Easy access to Maxwell. Nicely furnished updated older home- kitchen very nice. Only recommendation I would make would be make the home more ADA accessible for Senior guests - just grab bars in showers would help. 」
