「This unit is on the ground floor and not far from the pool with the beach just beyond. The beach is near the Cocoa Beach Pier with many dining and lounge options. The unit is beautifully decorated and in excellent condition. We had a wonderful time! The host is very responsive to communication and truly wants the guests to have a great experience. The kitchen appliances and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The only minor negatives were the absence of a larger frying pan and sauce...

「Awesome location. Property was easy to find. Unit was clean and well designed. Tyler and Abby helped with my check-in. Although there was a glitch in communication through chat with WiFi, Tyler came through. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked really well. Towels and linen smelled fresh. Kitchen was stocked. The beach is right across the street. Looking forward to coming back soon.」

「Property was clean and we could see the ocean from the property. Pier is very close to walk too. Other shops within walking distance also that had great ice cream. There is a pool outside also. 」

「My husband and I stay in Cocoa Beach once a year as part of our travel through Florida. The condo was excellent and has everything for our needs. Don’t be put off by the older style of the exterior. This is a well maintained property. The interior is nicely decorated with beach vibe. Super clean with well equipped kitchen. I appreciate the extra thoughtful touch that a few Keurig coffee pods were provided to get us through our first morning. The bedroom is large with a comfortable king bed....

「Everything was great, wonderful place to stay. Gretchen was very accommodating and the everyone we met were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. 」

「Bedroom has an unusual window that is permently open to the dining area which creates lack of privacy if you have children staying in the living room. Screen door slider is off kilter a little making it difficult to use. Appreciated the washer and dryer-was happy that laundry detergent was provided. Need to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, soap. There were some that past guests had left but none provided by host.」

「Loved our stay! So cute, perfect for our family of 3. Neighborhood is quiet, but so close to activities and restaurants. The BEST part is the easy, short walk to the beautiful beach. Will definitely come back. 」

「This was the perfect spot for our trip to Cocoa Beach. Steps from the beach and Pier. The condo was easy to find and had parking right outside the door. The condo was spacious, very clean and very well appointed. Mark is a top notch host and we would stay here again. 」

「Great stay! The condo seemed to have everything we needed. Only wish was that there would have been nicer beach chairs available as some of the other units had. Bring on the first level is very convenient for beach days. 」
