“Excepto que la sábana estaba un poco sucia, todo lo demás estaba bien. Me encontré con una habitación con un inodoro con mal olor y la recepción rápidamente me ayudó a cambiar de habitación.”

“住宿的那一晚有個婚禮很吵一直到半夜3am都有重金屬打擊樂的聲音吵得睡不著覺， 酒店沒有提前告知， 事後反應了也沒有什麼回應， 感覺很不好。 除此之外， 工作人員還是都很熱情服務的。”

“酒店位置很好，房間整潔，酒店職員態度很友善，尤其是接待處職員Leslie , 十分友善，介紹很多聖地牙哥的旅遊資訊給我，我有問題時也很熱心幫助我。”

“Modern boutique hotel in a quiet and convenient location for exploring Santiago. We paid to include breakfast, but we shouldn’t have done so - the buffet was very limited and does not cater to allergens and intolerances. Better to get breakfast across the street at Brekkie, or another cafe. Easy walking to nearby malls and shops, and easy to order an Uber to anywhere further afield. Remember to pre-order your Uber if you have a really early flight from SCL. ”

“Huge room, very clean, lots of amenities and super nice staff! I arrived at 7:30am from a long overnight trip, they allowed me to have breakfast and had the courtesy of providing early check in at around 10:30am, which I had not asked but I think I looked really tired. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful.”

“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“The room was quite spacious with a big desk to work at. Staff very responsive. Great breakfast. Nice little pool for a cool off after a hot day. Fabulous location: quiet, safe, green residential neighborhood two blocks from the metro. Close to fabulous restaurants and a super cool mall. A great hotel at a great price. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m next in Santiago. Very nice and spacious lobby. ”
