「Very clean and spacious 」

「Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience 」

「Stayed for a couple of nights at this property, and it was perfectly suited for our needs. Good, clear communication with the owners from booking, and very helpful in making sure everything was right for our stay. Would definitely recommend this for families or small groups as an ideal base camp for visiting Manchester, and will be keeping this property in my saved list for the future too.」

「Nice place. Bigger and nicer than expected. Comfy bed. Big room with a sofa and space to eat / watch TV. Powerful hot rainfall shower. Two loos. Small kitchen area with a hob and small oven. Toaster. Kettle. Few nice bits left to use including shower items and kitchen essentials. Few issues contacting owner as they were locked out of app but extremely helpful by phone. £10 into city in an Uber. Secure parking. 」

「Communication was a challenge. We did not receive any communication from the host on how to access the apartment. We also had issue with our Uber to the apartment as the apartment address does not come up in Google maps correctly. We had the hosts phone number by then and he graciously drove the few blocks to pick us and our luggage up and brought us to the location.
