“Dear Management / Guest Relations Team, I am writing to formally log a serious complaint and request a full refund regarding my two-night stay in Room 624 at the Hampton by Hilton Rochdale (October 15 to October 17, 2026). I paid a total of £163 for the room, plus additional parking charges of £5 per day. “各方面都很好，早餐特別好。只是，房務人員把我自己帶來的毛巾丟了，這部分很困擾。”

“Staff were lovely, big car park. Bed was okay. Everything in the room seemed to be very low.. The sink, the door handle.. All felt like I had to bend down to use. Very weird to have no plugs by the bedside, and only on the other side of the room, which was odd given it's all been recently refurbished. Good location, and I'd stay again.”

“Great stay the hotel has an excellent atmosphere. Staff weee extremely helpful and always happy to assist where they could. Food in the restaurant at night was superb as was the full emglybreakfast. Rooms are small but functional but clean and all that you need. Bed was comfortable shower was great.”

We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear……
