ABOUT THE AREA:
Small coastal town in the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains on the Pacific coast side of the Baja California Peninsula. Town prospers from farming vegetables, chilies, avocados, papayas, mangoes, fishing, and ranching. Head to the center of town and visit the handicraft shops, art galleries, upscale restaurants, restored colonial buildings and The Hotel California.

House tucked away nestled on the hillside by the ocean. You will need to use navigation to get to the home. It is otherwise difficult to follow landmarks/printed instructions as some of the roads are dirt, bumpy, and unmarked.

It is best that you rent a car or have transportation lined up as this home is not walking distance to any shops or the main town. There are also local ATV rental shops.

THINGS TO KNOW
We recommend if you are renting a car you get an SUV, but not mandatory, for the bumpy dirt roads leading up to the villa
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
