"Not worth your money for service and room given to me. Room ceiling inside washroom dripping water. Roaches and mosquitoes inside room. Worn out bedding. Not a pleasant stay. Do not recommend to traveler. Service at reception was horrible. Guy at reception was rude."

"Not worthy !!! As traveler you expect staff will make you feel relaxed and welcomed. Nothing of such short you can expect from this place. At reception person got my ID and gave me room keys. No info about place or amenities I received neither advices on how to excess it. Asked for beverage credit given by Expedia, person at reception checked with manager and offered welcome drink but no info on how can I get it. When I complained to Expedia manager came next morning and offered me lunch. You pay for service and expect to receive without you asking for it but at this place is terrible in delivering it. I was given only one towel for hot and humid weather where you need to shower at least 2 showers a day. Towel were pale white colored too. No Shampoo list goes on…."

"If you book with Expedia, please make a pay attention to your booking. The hotel does not necessarily pay full attention when we checked them we were put into the wrong room until we were able to catch it. The spa was amazing a bit dated, but overall the services were really great. The food was great as well. Service was great. Overall the Internet was terrible. The junior suite was comfortable, however a bit dated if the Internet had worked and the hotel have been kept up-to-date. It would’ve been a five."

"The staff were nice, and the place was okay. The big problem I had was that they asked me to pay 2 times even though I booked my reservation via Expedia and paid in full. It looks like they don’t have a system to register the guests payment. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the hotel personnel regarding the payment. After I provided them with the receipt, he settled everything. The next day when I was leaving the hotel, they asked me to pay again. Have to explain myself twice. It was embarrassing"
