"This was a great spot. Possibly the best I’ve been to in the UP. Friendly staff and very well maintained. The owners obviously care about the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever visiting the area. A little higher priced than other hotels in the area but well worth it."

"The hotel has a resturant that is open for breakfast. Lunch and dinner. The wall paper was being in our room, and in hallways. It was basically clean. Dinner staff were nice."

"The motel is lovely and charming. I love the retro vibe and themed rooms. The owners are so nice and even provided s’mores at the fire pit on the pretty lawn. Loved their beach as well and got to see a bit of the northern lights!"

"We had a great stay. The rooms were well kept and the hallways smelled clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We saw a lot of people coming in and out at breakfast, but it remained a quiet atmosphere. Great location for food and shopping - both in walking distance. Nice workout room and hot tub. Would stay again!"
