Third time staying at this hotel in a row - this time with my whole family. Really enjoyed it. Love the neighbourhood and the close proximity to the JR station. Room was very tidy and comfortable. There was one night when the guests staying on the same floor made so much noise after midnight - which I hope the staff on duty could have handled the issue better. Other than that, the whole experience is great and I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

房間整潔，地點方便，已多次入住不同地區的同系酒店。本來溫泉舒適，唯這次共住宿六天，每天都遇到不同的人士（共通點是全都說普通話）讓小孩甚至成人在場內"跳水"、"游水"、放膠袋和玩具進浴池內，不衛生及防礙他人，更十分危險。即使當時已出聲勸止，但作用不大。希望場內多貼告示及請職員多加巡視，維護溫泉區的整潔和安全。

It is next to jr shin-nihombasahi station and metro misukoshi-mae station, which makes it convenient to change lines. Room itself is tidy and there isn't much noises at night.
