The location is great! It’s close enough to the night life without all the hustle and bustle. I was able to get to the Hotel as soon as I stepped out of the train stop, no excessive walking. I had no issue traveling with my luggage. The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful, and the area has everything you need from grocery, drug, and other stores. There was a laundry mat a block away. I will be staying here again.

The location is excellent. The double room on the 6/F was large and comfortable. The staff were very helpful to me, allowing me to have a late checkout as I was not feeling well. This was very accommodating before my flight.

We enjoyed our stay at Book Tea Bed. The location is excellent, and theme is fun and easy going, the cafe is nice, and the room was pleasant. The bed in particular was super comfortable for us (love that!). This hotel is good value and very pleasant.

An excellent “bang for your buck” in Tokyo. Surprisingly spacious (for Tokyo). Centrally located in quaint part of Shinjuku. Easy access to the metro. Across the street from a Family Mart, a Lawsons around the corner, & dozens of quality, unique restaurants. Friendly staff. Easy, stress free checkin. Small balcony (was able to watch the Kage-matsuri Festival in May; pics attached). Hot shower. Comfy double bed. Highly recommend this little gem.
