A modern house, renovated in a region where old-fashioned houses lining up. It is located in Shirokane Takanawa where has traditional atmosphere.
There is a dumpling shop nearby. The super friendly hosts make delicious Dumplings so, please try!

we recommend for 4 people.
If you close the door, you can use as two rooms.
In the kitchen, there is basic cooking utensils and dishes, as well as refrigerators, microwave oven and electric kettle available.
Each room has a window, and each one is equipped with an air conditioner.

Awesome Location. Very clean.

Nearby Family Mart. 3 MINS TO STATION. Host was easy to contact. Simple and easy. We are all mid 20’s and were only here to sleep. So we did not mind no lounging area. The beds are firm, just a heads up. I would stay again!

Almost perfect

The photos on this listing are not up to date, which surprised us when we walked in. The cleaner was also still present and left the sink and shower drains dirty. However, Memo was super easy to communicate with and brought a cleaner back to fix the drains. Once we got over the difference with the pictures, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The central location was amazing and we had enough room for several more people.

It was a tiny home literally wedged between buildings. 4 adults stayed upstairs and 3 adults downstairs. Close location with Shirokane takanawa station, and 24 hour food marts and a star bucks. Beds were really hard had to get used to the first few nights. For the price it was an excellent stay.

Den7 is convieniently close to the train station. It has plenty of sleeping space and a great location to serve as a home base as you explore Tokyo!

Great house for large family group

Our group of nine, including four children, were very comfortable staying here for a week. The house is split into two, with an apartment on each floor - this was perfect for our group, which had two families. The space was clean and had plenty of supplies for making coffee, basic cooking, shower, laundry, etc. Located in a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood, very short walk to the subway station, so easy to get to other parts of the city. Not many restaurants in the area - we had to walk ~20 minutes to the Shinagawa or take the subway to Azabu-Juban to find an area with many restaurants. But there are convenience stores nearby, and a few grocery stores within a 10 minutes walk. Overall great location. The house can be difficult to find the first time (especially at night!), but the host sent a very helpful document with pictures to help find your way. I recommend using this document when you first check in!

Good location but the place needs to be clean better.

I had to clean a little bit when we arrived. There’s also an odor when we walk in. Plates are dusty and kitchen is dirty. I had to wipe down the kitchen. Considering Japan is clean but when I walk in I we were disappointed. As far as conveniences is concerned walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and train station.
