KORAKUEN convenience

I chose this hotel because it was only 2 minutes' walk from my friends' home so it was ultra convenient to have a hotel in the suburb. It's a budget hotel so it was good value, being only a place for me to sleep. The important amenities were clean but under the bed was grubby & dusty.

Budget over cleaness

The bathtub curtain is contaminated with black mold, as are the bathtub and washbasin joints. The room smells of dust and old age. The budget price is no excuse.

立地は悪くないですが、最寄りの後楽園駅からは10分程歩きますので、暑い日はちょっとしんどいです。喫煙室のある2階に宿泊した為か、道路の騒音がまぁまぁ入ります。宿泊客はインバウンドが多い印象です。 全体的に設備は古いです。清潔感はギリギリ、潔癖な人には少しキツい可能性があります。 風呂場・洗面所・トイレのスペースは面積的には広いですが、バスタブは小さいです。しかもカーテンが短い為、バスタブ全体を囲えずゆっくりシャワーを浴びる事は出来ません。 しかし最もストレスを感じたのはWiFiが脆弱過ぎる事です。頻繁に途切れるので、テザリングでしのぎました。 寝るだけだと割り切れば大丈夫かも知れませんが、いくら都心でも価格に見合わないと言わざるを得ないです。

Tres mauvaise expérience !!

Très mauvaise expérience – à éviter Je suis arrivé à 11h, très fatigué après un long voyage. J’ai demandé à utiliser les toilettes, on m’a simplement renvoyé vers les sanitaires du magasin d alimentation de l’autre côté de la rue. J’ai ensuite dû attendre jusqu’à 15h pour obtenir ma chambre. Une fois dans la chambre, j’ai constaté plusieurs problèmes : une insonorisation inexistante (j’entendais les conversations et la télévision des chambres voisines), des fils électriques traînaient au sol, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et dégageait une inquiétante odeur de brûlé. Pendant les 15 jours de mon séjour, je n’ai pratiquement jamais vu de personnel à l’accueil. Le service était inexistant, et l’expérience globalement très décevante. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

都心にまだこんなホテルあるのか

元々ある古いホテル買い取ってのLIVEMAXだが、暖房がきいていない、卓上デスクライトは断線でつかない、ドライヤーは根本が緩く固定されないなど、都心にあるホテルとは思えないものでした。

壁紙汚れ、天井壁紙剥がれあり。使いやすい場所にコンセントが無く、延長コードを使う仕組み。延長コードも短い。滞在満足度向上の意識を感じない。 ドアが防火扉の様な重く厚い金属製のため、他人が出入りの度に金属ドアの開け閉めの音（防火扉開け閉めの様な音）が響く。廊下の会話も丸聞こえ。 12月上旬、全館空調で暖房設定のみ。朝日が当たると部屋は急激に暑くなり、朝なのに遮光カーテン閉めて真っ暗にして換気扇回す必要があった。 電子レンジからは何故かタバコの匂いがした。 ユニットバスルームはタイル張りで寒い。 全体的に建物自体が古く、リノベーションも追いついていない。1泊7500円が支払える上限の感想。

写真と実物の違い

春日、後楽園から上り坂徒歩約１０分なので大きな荷物の方は体力を少々使います。喫煙ルームだったのでやむを得ませんが、たばこ集が残って少々辛い思いをしました。部屋も古く、狭いので普通のスーツケースを開けるのは困難します。これで安ければ理解しますが近隣より少し安い程度です。遅く予約したのであまり空きがなく選びましたが、次回はないと思います。

設備がかなり古く、きれいとはいえない。バスルームが壁からカーテンからカビだらけであった。歯ブラシのスタンドなども汚れが多く不安になった。部屋の形も謎でデッドスペースが多い。 屋外や廊下の音がかなり部屋に聴こえ、近くの部屋のドライヤーの音やエレベーターの音が聞こえてくる。 駅からのアクセスが悪いのも注意が必要。遅い時間でなければバスが利用できる。近くにファミリーマートとセブンイレブンがあるのは便利。

二度目は無い

接客に問題はありませんでしたが古いですね。汚れているというより古くて綺麗に見えない。空気清浄機はありますが。一番気になったのはタコ足配線。ちょっと怖かったです。空きコンセントがドア付近にひとつしかなく部屋にある延長コードを使ってスマホなどの充電をしました。ケトルはありますがお茶のパックなどは無し。鏡は洗面所だけ。クロークサービスも無し。狭いロビーにコインロッカーがありました。部屋のカギも今時のカードのではなく普通のカギです。他では無いなと思ったのは電子レンジ。でもあのタコ足配線では使う気になれませんでした。
