Very close to Ueno Station and easy to transfer to the Narito airport. Also close to the Tokyo National Museums. Lots of good restaurants in the area.

Convenient hotel to rest for a nice before taking Sinkensen to Hokkaido. Good dining options around. And it is the very few pet friendly options around Ueno.

For my fellow Americans, please realize hotel rooms in Tokyo are small. This hotel is no except. But it was clean and close to the Ueno train station. Staff spoke English well and checkin and out was no problem. It’s clean and functional. Good if you just want a crash pad which our family wanted. It’s also hard to find a hotel that will allow 4 people in 1 room. 3 seems to be the max.

When I booked via Expedia, there's no option about non-smoking or smoking. When I saw my room was for smoking, I emailed the hotel but they never answered. When arrived, they said I couldn't be changed. Cigarette smells the whole hotel!

机やエアクリ-ナ-の横や周りは何年間もバキュームされていなく、埃が数センチ積もっている。カ-テンも破れたりシミが着いている。 部屋のインテリアの色は信じられない位悪い。 札幌市内のリブマックホテルとは大きな違い！ ひどすぎる。泊まった部屋番号は606.

交通方便，安靜

地理位置靠近很靠近上野站，而且位處巷弄很安靜。算是方便的選擇。房間很小，床之外幾乎不太有甚麼空間，但整體還算乾淨。我的方案沒有早餐，然後也沒有甚麼設施可以使用。比較適合整天在外活動，會需要去上野站做車的人可以考慮選擇，住宿本身也就簡單過過夜而已

エアコンのフィルターは埃がびっしり、空気清浄機のフィルターも埃がびっしり、暑くて使用したかったが、とても使う気にはなれなかった。素泊まり三泊で97,000円も払ったのに風呂の鏡は水垢まみれで真っ白。卓上の鏡は指紋やら何やらで汚すぎ。ベッドの下は、、、ティッシュすら捨てられておらず埃はたっぷり。思い出しただけでゾッとします。二度と泊まらないし、家族全員鼻がムズムズしてくしゃみ止まらなかった。朝食夕食なしの素泊まりで10万払ってんだから部屋の掃除位徹底されたらいいのでは？

私が使いたかったからですが

チェックインがスムーズではなかったです。 最初から機械の案内してくだされば良かったなぁと。 入って振り向いた後ろにチェックイン機があります。 対人ではチェックインできないシステムなのかな。 お部屋は全体的に悪くはないけど、シャワーカーテンが不潔でした。 私はお風呂に入る人間なので、シャワーカーテンのカビがひどくて、その掃除から始まりました。 ボディスポンジでなぞるだけでも落ちるそういった汚れでしたので、何だかそこは残念でした。 このご時世ですが、掃除面は頑張っていただきたいなと思いました。
