フロントとエレベーターがとても古かったので、失敗したと不安でしたが、他の方の口コミどおり、部屋は改装されてとてもキレイで、お風呂とトイレがセパレートで、清潔だったし、何よりベッドと枕が快適でぐっすり寝ることができました。 笹塚駅から10分以内で行き来できるので、朝食は笹塚駅周辺のモーニングを楽しめ、夜も近くの居酒屋（はだか電球）が最高に美味しくて、立地も問題なくよかったです！

The room was clean; the staff were kind and helpful. The air conditioning worked great and the area was quiet to get rest in the evenings. The location is great if you’re trying to do day trips out of Shinjuku station or the shopping and nightlife of Shibuya.

Love that the room was spacious and actually had a true king bed (seems to be a rare find on our trip). A bus right outside the hotel brought us easily to the Shibuya area. Otherwise travelling from a subway station nearby was easy access, although we found the Keo line confusing. But coming back to this hotel was a nice piece of relaxation. The rooftop area is also a nice touch.

The pictures of the room were strategically shot at angles to make the rooms appear larger than they are. There was a picture listed as "pool" when booking, there is no pool. The deck pictures listed may have been enhanced or from earlier years. Staff is only available during certain hours and they remove the call bell after 6pm. There is abnumber listed for emergencies only. No cable or apps, only local TV. Entrance had dirty towels in entrance and smelled of mildew for our first few days.

There were shops and restaurants nearby. There were 2 train stations within walking distance. The room was very clean with aircon. The mattresses were very comfortable. Free coffee machine, snacks and free coffee/tea provided in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is not in walking distance to anything. There were trains and subways within a 5 minute walk but you need to take mass transit options or a taxi to anything in Shibuya, Shinjuku or any where in Tokyo. There are restaurants nearby that you can walk to. The hotel itself is dated and the common areas were musty smelling and the carpets were badly stained. The room however very clean. The staff did a nice job in their efforts to make us happy and comfortable
