The location is great. There are many restaurants, so it's really convenient. It's not to far from Shimbashi station and there are Tokyo metro, Toei line, and JR line. The bunk bed also has TV and small shelf. The bed is quite large, so I can put all my clothes on the bed and still have space to sleep.

This is my first time using it. It was dry, probably because the air conditioning was too strong, so I had to wear a mask the whole time. It felt a little dusty. Nothing else in particular

This hotel has bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body the ones on my arm swelled up the entire upper portion and weaped fluid. I had to cut my stay short. When I spoke to the lady at reception she said she would talk to the president about my refund then told me I would receive a full refund. I have tried reaching out to the hotel about that refund but have gotten no reply. I would recommend staying anywhere else
