After 5 days/4 nights at the property, here are my families impressions:
Pros - location, shopping/food, and transportation are all excellent. The area in Sasazuka is within 30 minutes of almost all the major travel hubs and tourist areas of West/Central Tokyo. You can get to Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya easily. The area itself is slightly more Business focused but was quiet in the evening and had plenty of options for food and shopping around. We visited the several konbini in the immediate vicinity and also shopped at the 100 Yen store and a few other stores as well, all within waking distance. The food options as mentioned are good, and the area can cater to the needs of a single stay, couple, or small family with ease. The train station for Sasazuka is right across the street and serves the Keio and Keio New Line trains from which you can catch a ride anywhere. Despite this, it was easy to get a good night's rest because the street noise is minimal after hours.
