It was the best value for a conveniently located hotel. It was a no fuss, comfortable and clean hotel. My only wish was it offered more food selection … but then again , the hotel was surrounded by many food establishments. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to stay here if a breakfast buffet isn’t a priority.

If you want a convenient hotel situated just one station from downtown Shibuya, then this is the perfect place. Ebisu is quieter retreat after a hectic day sightseeing. As for the hotel, clean & modern and the room was perfect for me solo traveling. Would highly recommended. Tip have 500 yen in 100 yen coins if you want to do washing in the basement.

Everything was great at the hotel. The only thing that was disappointing was half the breakfast menu was “out of stock” for 3 out of the 5 days I was there. The stay was great tho and the food was good!

A tiny room for 3 even I specify that we’re 1 adult and 2 kids (11yrs old) this hotel is not for family just for single or a couple. Very limited the breakfast and no amenities. I never came back…

I frequently visit this establishment primarily for business purposes, but I highly recommend it for both family and leisure travel. It offers an excellent location that is conveniently situated away from the bustling noise of Shibuya while still being close enough to enjoy its attractions. I have been staying here for the past five trips to Tokyo and can confidently say that it is a highly recommended for your next trip.

Small hotel in the Ebisu area of Shinjuku. Rooms were small but very comfortable beds. Light does get in the room when the sun comes up, so you might need to adjust sleep accordingly. Very comfortable hotel for a first hotel off of the the plane from America.
