The room was as pictured, clean, and actually quite spacious. A very nice place to stay with a group. Check in and check out was also very quick and painless.
Very convenient location, a short walk to 2 stations on different lines. Well appointed room. It is very close to a train track on one side and a highway on the other, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Contactless checkout which was convenient.
Great location near to multiple metro stations and lines. Easy access from the airports (Narita - Haneda).
Beds are very good and the whole building is clean and well maintained.
We travelled with kids and the place was friendly and spotless.
Thanks to the whole staff our stay was fantastic
The staff here are very helpful. They go above and beyond to help. Rooms are well maintained and well serviced. The colored themes adds a bit of fun. Location is also great between two stations and yet not on a busy street.
Our family of 3 stayed for 5 days. The hotel was in a quieter area which was nice at the start and end of the day after exploring Tokyo. The room used its limited space very well. Staff were great. The only thing I would change is some western-style breakfast options, but we found a cafe very close by we loved.
A cool property to stay at with a basic but lovely breakfast if you choose to add it in. Locating is great considering the public transport and trains in the vicinity, and way quieter than most neighbourhoods. If you don’t mind compact rooms for couples, would highly recommend.
This hotel was not bad, however if you have a bad back or sensitive to noise then this hotel is not for you. We stayed here for about 5 nights due to the low cost and how close it was to the train stations however we were VERY close as in you can hear the train’s loud noises every time it passes by and the highway too. The beds were futons and it was pretty uncomfortable for our backs after the 2nd/3rd night. The room is clean and the ac was very good and centralized air especially since it was very hot outside. I also liked the mini fridge it kept our drinks nice and cold. The staff were friendly and we had our luggages shipped here from Osaka and they put them in our room for us so when we checked in, it was already in our room. That was very nice of them! Overall the stay was not bad.
This was my favorite hotel staying in about my booking for my first Japan trip. They had the comfiest beds, which were the mattress is on the floor and a comfy pillow. I cannot say for the rest of my bookings that we had that. The rooms are spacious. You have plenty of space to put your belongings near your bed on the shelves, or in the living space. The bathroom was also very spacious! It’s pretty convenient to the trains so we didn’t have to walk far at all anywhere from 5 to 8 minutes and right behind us was Tokyo city Dome. The café is cute. Very minimalistic and very affordable pre set menu. I would definitely stay here again. My entire group loves this place! I forgot to mention, they left his pajamas with slippers as well
The staff were amazing! The breakfast was good but very limited and the rooms were extremely small compared to other hotels we stayed in while in Japan; we were in a loft.
Excellent cleaning staff. Very helpful front desk (excellent). The front desk provided us with umbrellas when we first came in to bring other family members from the metro station as it was a very heavy down pour that we never saw in Canada.
We also want to emphasize the performance of the building during the 5.9 earthquake in the first night we were there. The building performance was excellent as it was supposed to with no damages at all. Very close to transit station. Overall a great experience.
This was our 3rd time staying at toggle Suidobashi. We absolutely love the location and the fun rooms! will likely stay here anytime we can when in tokyo!
Convenient location. Nice coffee shop located upstairs behind the reception area- just wish it was open earlier in the morning. (It did not open until 11 am).
Great location for quick transfer to trains after a long flight. The kids loved the room layout, especially the loft bed
The breakfast was an unexpected bonus.
The location is perfect, close to both Iidabashi and Suidobashi train stations (very strategic location with a lot less crowd than other stations). The staff were amazing and accommodating, we even got to borrow umbrellas on our last day (after we checked out but left our luggage). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who would want a quiet place to stay yet strategically located for your train/transpo needs
