「Nice accommodations and amenities, inside and out. Shower pressure is good, but water temperature can fluctuate. Walkable to several delicious eateries and a live music venue. A Safeway grocery store is nearby, and Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak are in close proximity. A nice location, with easy travel to and from our various excursions and outings in and around Phoenix. Had an excellent time during our stay, and the host is helpful and attentive. Would stay again if in the area. 」

「Let me start by saying that our stay was pleasant and COZY. I think these pictures were taken when this was just remodeled, they do not reflect what the properties actual condition is, which I would describe as nice but slightly run down. In pic it shows vibrant walls, bright bedding and purple couch. That’s not what we got. The unit is very clean, but little things disappoint, such as a toilet seat that is crooked, a shower floor pan that needs cleaning or replaced, among other small things....
