「It’s quite & secluded. Well maintained property. It’s located close to Kings Canyon entrance. I would definitely stay here again. My only concern were the small holes in driveway near door entrance had yellow jackets coming out. A load of gravel would fix the problem.」

「We called the cottage home base for visits to Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks, as well as a day trip to the ocean. Monica was a wonderful host, quick to answer any questions or concerns. So thoughtful to have a starter supply of coffee and snacks. Plenty of bottled water provided if well water not to your liking. Portable a/c units in kitchen and living room kept those rooms comfortable. On cooler days, we enjoyed the comfy outdoor spaces. 」

「This VRBO-makeover is nicely appointed, spacious (sleeps 6 or more!) and conveniently located near the middle of town. Don't plan on using the "carport" unless you're driving a pickup truck or SUV. Access to carport is via a one-lane asphalt alley that has a steep dropoff. Alternative: park on the shoulder of Hwy 168 and schlep your bags up 15 stairs. 」

「We spent one night as we toured Sequoia, then Kings Canyon. Location was perfect for a stop in between the two. One restaurant near property only open for lunch and dinner. It had good burgers. We did not have groceries as we were winging it. Had we stocked up I would have stayed more days. We really liked the house. 」
