Staff: same as other places - sometimes can be more friendly when you speak Japanese; nothing more to ask for, really. Parking: despite the hotel owning a lot of parking spaces, during peak seasons it still can be very crowded but no worries, staff will guide you to the nearest public parking space which then can be used for free when presenting the parking coupon the staff gave you during check in. "Be warned that the luggage can only be stored in the hotel before 1:00 pm on your check-out day, and you are not allowed to stay in the hotel afterwards. No exception and the staff said that is a rule which is understandable. So you have to pull your suitcase around if you still want to tour around Jozankei."

One of the highlights is the free breakfast, which starts as early as 6:00 AM—perfect for early birds. Guests also get complimentary access to the airport’s hot spring (Onsen) facilities, which is a fantastic way to relax. However, do note that they have a strict policy regarding tattoos, so you won’t be able to enter if you have any. Overall, everything was decent. The rooms are quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The only downsides are that the building feels a bit dated, and the wait times for the elevators can be quite long. Despite being a little old, it's still a solid choice for a stress-free airport stay!"
