“It felt like coming home to the countryside after being away for so long! This is our 2nd time staying here, and the owners welcomed us back like family - even came to pick us up at the train station, and made sure we had everything we needed- and more! “地點好，車站東口對面，有7-11，比較安靜，沒有早餐或飲品bar供應的。雙人房空間不錯還有微波爐。但洒店沒有保安系統，不用房卡可以上樓，女湯也是任何人推門可入。只有2台洗衣機，晚上等完洗衣機又等乾衣機，搞3個鐘。酒店洗衣機一般包洗衣液，客人入錢開始洗衣程序即可，但這家不包括要去前台買，不是50円的問題而是指示不明顯，洗完至知，眼見一牛半人也不知道要洗多次，何必呢！長野好多人去行山，大家都好多衣服要洗，地方好大為什麼只得2部機，而且洗衣機也不乾淨。如果500一晚是可以, 但9百幾蚊一晚這個水平就太貴。所以其他的滿了這家還有房是有原因。”

“The hotel is clean and staff were polite with us. They kept our luggage after we did check out and there was room cleaning every day. A good perk is the free coffee from a machine in the lobby during the morning. The location is great, very close to the train station and multiple restaurants. The hotel has an old look though and there’s just one elevator for all the floors making it busy during check-out hours. The internet sometimes failed us and there were no free tv channels. ”
