In Yalding, visit the 12th-century church and follow the riverside, or explore the grounds and ruins at Scotney Castle (7.5 miles). The beautiful gardens at Sissinghurst are 11 miles away. History lovers can also visit Ightham Mote (16 miles), a romantic medieval manor house with gardens and over 700 years of history; Knole House (20 miles), a former archbishop's palace set within a 1,000-acre deer park; and Chartwell (27 miles), Sir Winston Churchill's country home for more than 40 years.

Inside, the single-level layout begins with a welcoming kitchen/diner, where the large dining table gives everyone space to gather for meals. Continue along the hallway to the spacious lounge, which has comfortable seating arranged around the wood burner and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings together. The three bedrooms are also reached from the hallway. The largest has a super-king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with a WC. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third has a single bed and a trundle bed that can accommodate one additional guest. Completing the accommodation is a family bathroom with a bath, handheld shower and WC.

Outside, the covered patio has a swing seat, a table and chairs, and a charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining. The garden also includes a large lawn with seating and games, along with a summer house. Guests can meet the farm’s resident horse and ducks by prior arrangement with the owner. Private parking is available for three cars.
