“Staff really went out of their way to make guests happy. Nothing was too difficult. The property suited my needs very well; comfortable, plenty of space to relax, homely, safe and clean with staff on-hand to assist if required. I'd stay there again.”

“Staff was sweet.They were always helpful and professional. The only thing I didn't like was the parking spaces. Because this is also a bar &restaurant the parking spots sometimes full. We had a rental car and we didn't want to park it anywhere else but the hotel. Other then that I enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much.”

“This was a last minute booking made when our preferred booking was cancelled, after being confirmed more than three months earlier, apparently due to overbooking??? On arrival, the toilet was broken and dirty. The room wasn't secure as a window locking mechanism was broken. And, for most of our stay the internet wasn't available. And then, the controls for the television and the air conditioner were labeled in Chinese--awkward. The continental breakfast was minimal, and during our stay, had……

“We went to the Royal Sunset with 6 of our Tongan young friends who help us at a humanitarian clinic we work in. We are leaving Tonga and wanted to thank them for all they do. We decided to spend the night at the Royal Sunset. The rooms were filthy. The linens were stained and the rooms were unbearably hot. The pool water was brown. Of the 3 kayaks that were available for use, 2 took on water as soon as you pulled them into the ocean. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our lunch and we were……

“Приятный отель в уединенном природном малонаселенном месте на берегу океана. Относительно комфортные бунгало на побережье. Красивое побережье с песочным пляжем. Недалеко кораллы и рыбы. Организуют неплохой завтрак и ужин. Очень дружелюбные и готовые помочь хозяева. Из минусов. Оочень слабый wi-fi (сайты не открываются или очень медленно), самый дохлый из тех отелей Тонги, где я был. Мобильный интернет тоже почти не работает. Хотя сам отель достаточно дорогой среди отелей Тонги.”

“Everyone that works there is amazing! It is very clean and i never saw a bug, which is big for me. There is no separation from the shower and toilet but it works. The shower water wasn’t hot but warm felt good. It’s not fancy but we didn’t come for that. We came to explore the island and fell in love with the people. If you are expecting a Hilton, this isn’t for you. We enjoyed our stay immensely. ”
