“The staff was very friendly and even gave us a room with a better view after we kindly asked. The hotel is located nearby all the best things in Scopello.”

“The hotel and rooms are very dated. The furniture in room is old and scratched. The host did not provide any instructions to access the hotel prior to arrival. There was no AC working ( a plug-in was given for mosquitoes), no fridge, no water, Tea or coffee in the room. The tv was small and outdated. The room was poorly decorated. There were only 2 pillows for the bed. No other pillow in the room. The breakfast was an additional 10 euros per guest. The parking another 8 euros- the stay was very……

“Die Gastgeberinnen sind einfach total herzlich und gastfreundlich. Die Zimmer waren beispielhaft sauber und es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Es wurde täglich die Betten und sauber gemacht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuß die örtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Wenn wir mal wieder auf Sizilien sind, kommen wir gerne wieder in dieses tolle B&B. ”

“Et bra bed&breakdast sentralt i Castellamare. Hyggelig frokostterrasse på taket. Fint oppusset, rent og med god utsikt fra balkongene. Det er helt nødvendig å ringe for å få kjøreinstruksjoner og tilgang til enhetene. dette kunne vært bedre opplyst på Hotels.com.”

“We liked the location near all amenities Their was a lovely pool in the hotel with a separate area with sunbeds set in beautiful surroundings We liked our room in the main building but our friends stayed in one in the courtyard which was lovely with being able to sit outside yoyr room in the sun too ... The breakfast was lovely sadly cold egs though! But being a gluten free person i was well catered for..... Our room was very cold at night which sadly left us with not a lot of sleep combined……

“The Hotel was in an excellent location for either walking or driving to explore. Breakfast was delicious and extensive, the room was very comfortable with a sea view, and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we were able to check in several hours early. I would highly recommend the Hotel Al Madurig to anyone wishing to stay in the charming town of Castellammare del Golfo.”
