"Bu oteli eskiden çok severdim. Uludağ yolunda ve manzarası harika. Ancak otel el değiştirmiş ve anlaşılan yeni sahibi muhafazakar biri. Otelde alkol yok. Restoranı kapalı. Sadece sabah kahvaltısı bulabiliyorsunuz. Eskiden cıvıl cıvıl hareketli bir oteldi, şimdi maalesef ölü bir yer. Öte yandan personel son derece yardımsever ve güleryüzlü."

"Hotel is clean and well-kept. We only hope that the room temperature can be a little bit warmer. It was winter when we came and the aircon in the room is bot much help. The kettle in the room could be cleaned too. The reception is approachable and was very helpful when we were asking for directions."

"The cleaness need improvement. Doesn’t look like they have the indoor parking anymore, but I parked in the small lot (4 cars capacity) without a problem. As others reviewed, you need turn on the hot water for maybe 5-10 min, then you will get hot water. No separation between Roland shower area, so floor will get wet. The staff were very nice to me. Overall, this is an acceptable economic option."

"We stay just for hours in a quadruple room. Was hosible.. no paper toilet, no blankets or anything else "

"Bursa is such a beautiful historical city and this hotel reflects that. Charming and unique. We would highly recommend staying at Inkaya Hotel. Also it’s has perfect location. "

"This hotel has fantastic location. O was staying in the 4th floor, so I have enjoyed fantastic from the windows. But the biggest advantage of the staff. All of them were superfrinendly and helpful. It is very nice to spend time in such places"

"The location is amazing! yet the place is not clean or usable. The lenins were not clean. The towels were excessively washed with chlorine which could cause skin irritation. We had a long check in process due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to assign a room that is completely different than that we booked. English language is an issue with everyone in Turkey i guess. I had a call with the owner so we get the room we booked. Yet the room was not clean. "

"Hotels.com dan rezervasyon ve ödemesini yaptığım işletmeye gittiğimde ödeme alamadıklarını söyleyerek tekrar ödeme istenmesi, resepsiyon kısmındaki çalışan kişinin tavırları ve odaların kapısı olsun, işletmedeki diğer eksiklerden dolayı konaklama yapmadım. Yaptığım ödemeyi henüz geri alamadım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, ben mağdur oldum başka insanlar mağdur olmasın."
