Excellent value, wonderful service, Thermal pools

We have been staying at Marigold Hotel for many years in the winter. The Thermal pools and Sauna area are a joy for us after cold days on the slopes of Uludag snow mountain. Their breakfast is fantastic and we have enjoyed all these amenities. Excellent value for money with wonderful service and Thermal poolss. We love it and will be back.

Best hotel experience

It was one of the best stay we had anywhere in the world. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. SPA is the best experience. Hotel takes care of you from the point you park your car in front of hotel till you leave.

This is perhaps the nicest hotel that i have ever stayed at in all my travels. The staff are first rate friendly and helpful. The hotel is emaculate and the facilities like the thermal pool and spa are just so relaxing you could not wish for a better experience. If you chose to stay at this hotel you cannot go wrong, you made an excellent choice.

The staff was very welcoming, and helpful. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Theirs thermal water & Spa facilities are very good. We have a nice dinner at their top floor restaurant. It had a very good city view , and a fresh air with windows open was fantastic. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We are a family if three from Canada. Everything about our stay was excellent—except for housekeeping. Location – 5* Outstanding location. Bus 3C stops right across the hotel and connects to all major attractions, including the Grand Bazaar, Green Mosque, and Teleferik. Bus 96 goes directly to the bus terminal, and Bus 1C reaches Inkaya Tree in just four minutes. Facilities – 5* The hotel is beautiful and modern; if I’m not mistaken, it was built in 2017. Breakfast – 5* Exceptional quality, delicious food, and an impressive variety. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Spa – 5* Excellent spa and highly recommended. I had a massage with therapist Kadek—one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. The only downside is that half of the thermal bath area is closed on weekdays, limiting access to the quiet section. Housekeeping – 1* This was the only major issue. The room was clean on arrival, but service declined afterward. After we spilled coffee on the floor, housekeeping made the bed without changing the sheets, rearranged my personal items, removed two pairs of slippers and two robes, and returned only one pair of slippers and one robe. The floor was not mopped, and coffee/tea supplies were not replenished. The same occurred the following day, and I had to request supplies at reception. For the rest of our stay, we used the “Do Not Disturb” sign to avoid further inconvenience.

I like the cleanness, i like the spa Area close to shopping area. I didn't like that the staff don't speak minimum English and they got frustrated when not understanding. I didn't like the staff of spa overlooking guest all the time and being strict on every rule specially with kids.

Service was very good for most of our stay. On the last day, we had less pleasant experience with the receptionist.She was a little rude and didn't listen to us about a previous arragement with the manager of the hotel but instead focussed on getting us out, and making us feel unwelcome. The rest of the staff were very helpful and polite.
