“The Rectory was a wonderful location for our annual family birthday/get together. Everything was perfect and Jane left us a lovely card and birthday cake which was much appreciated. We all loved the log fire in the evening while we played board games and it was great to have a table everyone could sit around and eat together. The grandchildren loved the pool and picking apples from the orchard for apple pie. It was an idyllic retreat. ”

“Clean, comfortable, and charming. The property is pretty and well appointed, with easy parking and a both a fenced in main grounds and a fenced garden within, which was ideal as we travelled with our dogs. Very pet friendly. Great communication from the owners ahead of our visit, and the handy home instruction manual made operating the heating and all appliances easy. The town itself is great, from the walk down to the lake, to the pub across the street which has great food and is also very pet……

“In a nutshell, dreadful. Furniture missing or unsafe, lots of things broken or unusable. Exposed wires, NO fire extinguisher, NO smoke alarm or Carbon Monoxide monitor, NO fire blanket in kitchen. Inadequate kitchen tools meaning we couldn't self cater, no glasses, I could go on and on. This property appears to have not been checked by any authority for a very long time. ”

“As described, convenient location to everywhere you can walk to in Cardiff. Property was clean, comfortable, air a bit smokey. Keeping the windows open helped alleviate the smell by the 2d day. Property was perfect for 2 adults -convertible sofa was comfortable and simple to operate. Property had a lot of thoughtful touches that were really appreciated. Future U.S. guests should bring their own power converter in order to recharge phones, tablets, and MACs. Local shops closest to the property do……
