The property was very nice and cozy. My wife and I really enjoyed calling the space our home for two and a half weeks, coming home to that property after our daily adventures. I only ever had one slight challenge where it was not communicated before hand that we couldn’t take Amazon deliveries directly to our apartment. I found the person, whom I was communicating with, response to be very cold however after being placed in contact with the owner of the apartment the issue, of we getting your package from the locker that the Amazon delivery man placed it in, was solved immediately.

Space was clean and comfortable. Close to main areas and transportation. The temperature in the suite however fluctuated quite drastically to very hot or very cold and even with the attempt to adjust the settings it was clearly programmed that way and wasn’t adjustable long term. The communication could have been better prior to arrival to know what to expect- I received a text while in the air flying to Toronto and couldn’t reply and they wanted a 90 minute advance notice of arrival. I would have appreciated more info about what to expect in the information provided at booking. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

This was a very disappointing stay. I did not like the fact I was not told that the place was under renovation. The address is kind of confusing. There was signs of a big renovation going on taped up wallpaper on signs of tile ripped off the walls also. If I was traveling on my own, I wouldn’t like the fact the the host came in the room with me it would kinda of unsettling feeling. The place needs a gentle touch to it. Towels were hard body wash was male dominant. The mattress was very uncomfortable needs a new bedding sheets. I only stayed because I had a 4:00 am airport check-in. I would never stay nor recommend.

What we like - Very convenient and walkable location and restaurant, apartment has 2 bathrooms and is clean with semi-modern furnitures and very nice view, the check-out time is flexible. What can be improved - Communication is too slow. Apt address is confusing and is different from the address I booked via Expedia (taking the travelers through the backdoor, storage area from studio 1 to studio 2 is not a good idea). Apartment can have more mirrors outside of the bathroom, need more clothes hooks to hang clothes and towels.....

Convenient awesome views …so so on amenities

Overall the stay was good. Convenient location and nice having two bedrooms although one was hot and the other cold. There is Thermostats for both rooms however didn’t work well to adjust. No bar soap for showers and shampoo was just open bottles of men’s stuff and dandruff. Mismatched towels and pillows were wimpy and worn out. Should have had coffee and tea bags available and snacks as most place of that price point does. Needs some hooks in bathroom and a little more attention to detail..
