Perfect for our weekend trip to Toronto! Very close to a stop for the Bloor route so easy transportation in to city center (right by the mall) and to the station for the train! Came with everything we needed, was clean, and the host was very helpful and friendly! Would stay again :)

Great stay!

Had a great stay, super comfortable and the place was nice and cool on a hot day. Host was very quick to respond to messages and even allowed us to check in a little early - thank you again so much!Only downside was not receiving any info on check-in, parking, or the wifi ahead of arrival, that would've been helpful.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The listing did not clearly state that this was a basement apartment, which is important information for guests when making a reservation. The description also advertised two bedrooms, but there was only one actual bedroom. The second sleeping area was just an extremely uncomfortable futon that was not suitable for a good night’s sleep. There were no closets, no hangers, and nowhere to properly store our clothes. In addition, the drawers in the furniture were broken, making them unusable. The stairs leading to the apartment had no lighting, making them unsafe and difficult to use at night. Carrying our luggage down those dark stairs was inconvenient and felt unsafe. The air conditioning was set extremely cold, and it was difficult to get a comfortable temperature, making it hard to rest. There was also an open access panel in the ceiling exposing pipes and wiring, and the area under the kitchen sink was left open, giving the property an unfinished and poorly maintained appearance. While the floors looked clean, the overall condition did not meet our expectations. I believe the listing should provide a more accurate description of the property so guests know exactly what they are booking. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it. Although the price was very good, the description of the property was not accurate. I have booked many trips through Expedia, and this is the first time this happened

This basement apartment provided easy access into Toronto for a fraction of the cost of being in Toronto. The host was very communicative and we had no issues during our stay. Please note that this has a kitchenette, not a full kitchen, which was great for making small meals.
