Queries were responded to very quickly. Room had no TV, as mentioned by another reviewer, and it also didn’t have a closet but those are not dealbreakers by any means. Highest recommendation.」

「No toilet paper in the bathroom old towels the bed was too firm and the pillows were flat. Also no parking on building.」

「After booking with Expedia, we received a message to send the “hotel” our personal email address to receive instructions. We were surprised to find out that the location was different from what was originally posted on Expedia, but it was still two blocks away from Rogers Centre so we were okay with that. The purpose of our trip was to go watch a Blue Jays game so it was conveniently located. We ended up having an apartment on West Wellington. It was not hotel. It was a privately owned...

「I thought it was a hotel turns out it’s an air b and b, you are sharing space with people that is hosted by someone else, I had an incident where people were up around 2-3am yelling cursing fighting but turned out my host couldn’t do anything about it cause they were hosted by someone else and security is only there until 1am. My suite was clean and we had a nice view no complaints on the room or my host he replied to me in a reasonable time when needed the space was really comfortable」

「This is at best a bougie hostel. There are places in Toronto for similar prices that have functioning AC, drawers with clothing items belonging to previous guests (someone's nasty socks), and parking available to guests (the listing here says it has parking, but that is a lie - you have to use city parking). All communication with the property management is through text. We texted them about how warm the room was (AC not functioning), and they gave a blanket statement about Green initiatives...

「This was one of the worst stays I ever had. The smell inside the apartment was horrible!!! I contacted the owner about 30x and they did not answer me. I went back and forth emailing them and they kept telling me they can’t do anything. Also, the check-in process is horrible and it does not answer the questions you have.」

「Modern clean suite with private washroom and laundry. Plentiful towels, shampoo and conditioner provided in shower. Pull-out couch for extra sleepers. Staff were attentive and responsive. Very near and easy to take public transit, or a short walk to Eaton Centre. Lots of restaurants around. Would stay here again.」

「This place is not safe to stay fire hazard concerns on property because no safety standards. AC in the room wasn’t working it was too hot. Charged $50 for damage deposit and never returned it even though there were no damage. Never mentioned damage deposit is non refundable before booking and after the booking which is non refundable already they scam to take $50 non refundable deposit so person loose the money either way. Worst stay ever totally scam and suffocating place too small and too...
