CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

To enter the condo building of 20 John Street, please go to 300 Front Street West (the connecting building directly across from 20 John Street). At the entrance, use the buzzer to call the concierge, who will assist in opening the door for you.

Once inside the lobby, kindly proceed to the front desk and check in with security. Let them know you are arriving for Unit 1122 and that you will need access to floor 11 in the 20 John Street building. After security grants access, walk across the street and take the elevators up to floor 11 in the 20 John Street building (located just across the street).

Once on floor 11 please proceed to unit 1122. The front door of the unit will be unlocked for you.

On the table you will find:
(1) a key to the front door
(2) a white rectangle fob to that can be used in the lobby to access elevators and other entry points.

Please ensure you have the key and fob with you at all times. Feel free to lock the door when you are out, but always make sure to have the key and fob with you.

This home is intended for quiet enjoyment by registered guests only. Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been provided by the host. Parties, events, gatherings, commercial activities, filming, photography sessions, and unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Please be respectful of our neighbours at all times. Excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted. Quiet hours must always be observed, and guests are expected to respect the surrounding community.

Please treat the home with the same care and respect you would your own. Before checkout, kindly wash and put away any dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen items used during your stay, dispose of all garbage and recycling in the designated bins, and leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Our professional housekeeping team will complete a full deep clean after your departure.

Smoking, vaping, cannabis, illegal drugs, candles, incense, fireworks, and any open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home or on the property. Any additional cleaning, deodorization, repair, or damage costs resulting from a violation will be charged to the responsible guest.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or anyone in their party beyond normal wear and tear. If anything is accidentally damaged or requires maintenance during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The property may include stairs, balconies, decks, furniture, appliances, and other features that require reasonable care. Guests accept full responsibility for supervising children and ensuring all members of their group use the property safely.

Guests use the property and all amenities entirely at their own risk. The host shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, loss, or damage to persons or personal belongings occurring during the stay, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded. By booking this property, guests accept responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their group.

Please use all appliances, furniture, electronics, kitchen equipment, outdoor spaces, and any recreational amenities responsibly and only for their intended purpose. Any misuse resulting in damage or injury is the responsibility of the guest.

Where parking is available, guests park entirely at their own risk. The host assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, parking tickets, towing, or loss relating to guest vehicles or their contents. Guests are responsible for following all applicable parking regulations.

Exterior security cameras may be installed at entrances and other outdoor access points for the protection of guests and the property. These cameras monitor exterior areas only and never record inside the home or any private guest spaces.

Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, municipal bylaws, condominium rules (where applicable), and Airbnb policies throughout their stay. Any fines, penalties, excessive cleaning fees, property damage, missing items, unauthorized occupancy, or costs resulting from violations of these rules may be charged through Airbnb in accordance with Airbnb`s Terms of Service.

The host reserves the right to enter the property, where legally permitted and with appropriate notice when required, for emergency situations, urgent repairs, safety concerns, or to protect the property.
