The house was in the prefect location for us; however inside the home there were many things in terrible disrepair. The owner was not amenible to fixing or replacing any of the falling apart items. It's a shame because aside from that our stay was wonderful. We made the best of it as much as we could and tried to ignore the issues since there was no changing things once we had paid and were there and checked in.

Location is great and private. Port Clinton station was a 10 minute drive to get downtown. The house had plenty of room for our party. The 3 star rating is due to the furniture and interior of the property. The white couch in the living room was peeling, the island chairs were beat up, and the outside grill was unusable due to rust. There were other cosmetic issues as well but those were the top 3 to call out.This property is defiantly just a property and not a home away from home. If this place got a bit of love and updating, it would definitely great place to return to.

House was a perfect location for my wife and daughter to stay and get easy train access to Toronto. 5 mins from the go train and very clean home. Would highly recommend it

Perfect Family Home!

The house is amazing with updated furnishings and appliances. Although weather did not permit us to take advantage of it, there is a spacious backyard with a grill and outdoor seating. The house was fully stocked with necessities (paper products) and extras (shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, etc.). The location was close to the highway and made traveling to Toronto and Niagara Falls very easy. The owner kept in communication to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly highly recommend this property — it was PERFECT for our family vacation!

Lovely home near our wedding venue

Ideal property location to our daughter’s wedding. Arushi ensured that the lawn were cut and the property was nicely prepared for our stay. Kitchen is very modern with all amenities. Master bedroom is gorgeous with lovely on-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Master bed is king size & very comfortable. Other bedrooms are much smaller.

Overall nice safe place to stay

We arrived in the area early and messaged owner to see if we could check in early and it was not a problem. On arrival grass was 12 inches high and weeds were 3 feet high in some places. Messaged owner and was told they would get someone out there to mow. No one showed up the whole time we were there so we werent able to sit outside or use the yard at all. Kitchen and baths are nicely updated furniture is older and quite uncomfortable. I would probably not stay here again.

Please maintain the yard.

I am guessing the neighbours would appreciate some maintenance of the yard. It downgrades the experience overall. Really didn’t want to sit outside.
