We went to the property at 5PM to check in and saw the entire house in a mess. There was garbage left in the kitchen and all the bedrooms and bathroom were left in a mess. We called the property manager and he said he made a booking error. After much discussion he was able to get a cleaner to clean the house but the house was available only after 10pm. We had guest fly in all day who we had to accommodate elsewhere. The upstairs did not get cool so the guests were left sweating in the night and

Cleanliness

The house was absolutely gorgeous but dirty. Bathtub in master is broken. Toilets were dirty. Drawers in bedrooms had food and other things from previous guest. The fridge was dirty, outside lights never worked. Fridge was leaking water. Stove didnt work. Stains on walls and carpets. Towels all stained. Fingerprints on all glass. I would recommend if you have alot of people and need a place to sleep,and have no standards

**WARNING** the owner or a tenant lives in the basement of the property. The house needs to be professionally cleaned, oven and dishwasher does not work and mold in dryer, Asked host about food crumbs and stains left on dining room table, he stated just move the plates and remove the table runner. When we arrived, trash was left out front and eventually placed on the side of the house with previous guests trash. The mattresses and pillows are stained, refrigerator/freezer leaked, tub was missing knobs, and so much more. This was the worst VRBO experience I’ve ever had. Don’t believe the 10 reviews, they are designed to give this house/host a high rating. Not worth it.

Review stay

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described clean, and well-maintain with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area, whether you're traveling for work or just need a relaxing getaway. Would happily stay here again!

Wonderful in every way! Best place for large families.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Mr. Adnan was wonderful to work with the entire time. The house was super nice and exactly as described. It was properly clean and had all we needed. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and all the bedrooms were nicely set up. We had no issues during check in or check out and Mr. Adnan was very prompt to respond to our questions during the entire stay. Everyone in my family loved staying here and we will be sure to come back when we visit Toronto again.

Beautiful house but not clean!!

The house was not clean!! There were stains in the carpets, towels, beds and sheets. We had to go out and purchase sheets pillows and towels because it was so bad. The air/heat return vents were caked with dirt. I have photos of the dirt and stains. This was the worst vacation home I’ve ever rented! The oven did not work. And the worst part was the owners were living in the house in the basement. We were only separated by stacked crates on the stairs. We did not have access to the amenities advertised because they were in the basement. We really should get a refund for this stay!
