「The location of the apartment is excellent. Even though we were here during a very cold period, we felt very comfortable at home. Everything we needed was available nearby. Having a 24-hour convenience store on the corner was a big advantage, and it was easy to get to many places on foot or by public transportation. The host was also very kind and supportive.」

「We stayed in a family suite on the 28th floor which was provided with a laundry to the residence for the same floor. It was perfect to us, as a family of five, we have a lot of clothes to take care of. More, the room has a beautiful city and harbor view as we look out of the windows. The hotel staffs always greets with happy smiles, and the breakfast buffet offers a great range of quality food. We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. 」

When we got to the hotel, concierge told us they upgraded our room which was already a great surprise. Then when we arrived to our room, it was decorated so beautifully and made us feel very welcomed. The room was spotless, staff was kind and helpful, and the amenities were great! 」
