  • Nestled in the heart of the historic fishing village of Kingsand, this beautifully refurbished three-bedroom cottage offers a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Just a short stroll from Kingsand beach, you'll find a charming collection of cafes, pubs, and shops within easy reach, making it an ideal coastal retreat.

    Spread across three floors, the cottage features a tranquil living room and a country-style kitchen/diner on the ground floor. Exposed sandstone walls and low ceilings evoke nostalgic charm, while the charming courtyard with a feature cherry blossom tree faces southwest, bathing the space in afternoon and early evening sun—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Upstairs, the master bedroom on the top floor boasts exposed beams and a freestanding bath, creating a cozy and luxurious retreat (note restricted head height). The first-floor double bedroom benefits from an adjoining shower room, and a delightful double bunk area at the rear serves as a perfect hideaway for children.

    Situated in the heart of Kingsand, Calm Cottage is just moments from stunning Kingsand beach and a variety of traditional pubs and renowned restaurants, making it Cornwall’s best-kept secret. While the village doesn’t have private parking, a nearby public pay-and-display car park is only a few minutes’ walk away.

    Experience coastal charm, historic ambiance, and modern comforts in this idyllic cottage—a perfect base to explore Cornwall’s beautiful coastline and vibrant village life.
