“The apartment was nice and clean. Check in was a bit complicated requiring a coordination with Pina. She was nice and helpful. Parking was also complicated having to park in a pay zone and on certain days one could not park on a certain side of the street. The biggest issue we had was with a neighbor from an adjoining unit (still not certain which one) that had a couple literally screaming at each other at all hours of the night. “Location and host perfect. Typical Siciliaan Breakfast provided amazing. Room was spacious including charming balcony with old town charm. Would have loved access to kettle all day but cafe literally 2 mins walk away if you don’t mind the 3 flights of stairs down and back”

“Extremely Disappointing Stay in Apartment No. 7 I stayed for three nights in Apartment No. 7 and, unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The property had a pervasive sewer odor throughout the apartment, making it extremely unpleasant to stay in. Cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards. The bedspreads appeared unwashed, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the shower was in poor condition with a leaking, malfunctioning faucet. The mattress in the bedroom……

“Host was very diligent in reaching out for our arrival. Excellent communications. Room was unique and roomy. The attached restaurant was superb. Host was very helpful in identifying parking, as the hotel is located on a pedestrian street.”

“This is a great hotel in many ways: staff, breakfast nice room, comfortable, view... but there are two notable problems. First, despite the Expedia website saying this hotel has "free offsite parking", it does not. Staff very kindly recommended parking, but it isn't free. Second, the neighborhood of this hotel is plagued by a gang of roaming youth who throw fireworks, some of which are very loud. No one in the area seems able to contain this problem and it is very disturbing.”

“The room was clean. The washer and the kitchen were both really convenient amenities. The parking is not located on-site. The parking is located on the next block and it is street parking but when we arrived all the parking spots were full. It ended up being a hassle and stressful to find parking while staying there. ”
