“The hotel canceled the reservation late”

“One of the best hotels during our stay in western sicily. The spa is breathtaking, very well maintained and designed. The rooms are comfortable. The pool area is very tranquil and relaxing.”

“What an amazing property! The views and grounds were spectacular. We had a lovely room. Staff were extremely helpful, carrying luggage and arranging a taxi to our next stop. We had a delicious sandwich for lunch. The wine paired seafood dinner was exceptional! It checked all the boxes of a fine resort and their wines are outstanding.”

“The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel. The windows have wooden shutters inside which means in order to block out the light, you must close the windows and then close the wooden shutters. Either turn off……

“Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip.”

“This property has to be my favourite of all time- and I’ve travelled a lot! I was gutted we only had one night here! I would recommend coming by bike or car here. It has a bbq area, washing machine, pool, jacquzzi and fantastic bar! The staff are so helpful too.”
