"The room was well furnished and very clean. It had everything I needed including iron and board. One thing could have made my stay more convenient for me was a sink for dishes, although upon asking I was offered the use of the cafe next door. I just had to leave my dishes at reception. An absolute bonus for me was how quiet it was at night. No traffic noise and only occasional other guest returning to their rooms. The shower was heavenly. So convenient right at the Main Street doorstop with so many cafes and restaurants and boutique shops, gift shops and specialty German food places. It is a very busy place during the day but at night it is very quiet."

"Four of us, adults stayed overnight in a family room, nice clean room, bathroom, bedding, great communication with reception regarding keys to the room as we arrived after hours, smooth check in and check out. Restaurant close by is very nice and good food. Thank you."

Hahndorf Farm Barn

"The Farm Barn was the perfect getaway! I was in Adelaide on business and didn't want to stay in the city so I chose the Farm Barn. It was so nice to pet a little lamb after a busy stressful day at work. The animals are so well taken care of and they surround the cabins. The cabins have a great floorplan with a nice size bathroom and kitchen. The wide open space and massive windows made me feel like I was outside. I loved sitting on the bed watching the sunset over the hills. I loved that I could sit out on the deck on the table and chairs and enjoy the cows in the field. I also LOVED watching the other guests chldren play in the yard running about. Reminded me of myself when I was a child. The staff was so fun to talk to and were very informative about things going on during the evening on the property. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, milk and sugar. I hope to be back someday!"
