We stayed with our two young kids and the walk to the beach was a breeze, as was everything else. The rooms are well-appointed and modern; no weird old building “quirks” here. And communicating with our hosts was easy and pleasant; they even brought us a surprise platter of croissants one morning! We wished we had more time in Pescara, in……

“This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! ”
