I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. "A nice room and good location for public transport into Southampton by Train or Bus. Convenient Co-Op and choice of take away food shops. I felt that some small changes would have raised my score, including: Toilet Seat properly fixed. Sufficient crockery and cutlery for 2 people, including glasses, desert spoons (there were none) dinner plates. TV (there is an aerial socket) Toaster Small changes, make a big difference."

"Unclean kitchen and toilets. No towels provided."
